I'm breaking Google 's golden dominion of no non-interactive maps for these beautiful topography maps created past times Geotheory.
The relief maps were made using information from the British Oceanic Data Centre. Geotheory has seat together a slideshow of the earth map too a seat out of close-up images of geologically interesting locations merely about the world.
It would last squeamish to come across the earth map imported into MapBox or Google Maps - but I'm certain you'll appreciate the beauty of these nevertheless images anyway.
